Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Aigora website, products, and services (collectively, the "Services") provided by Aigora ("Aigora," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Services. By using the Services you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.

Accounts and Sign-In

Some features of the Services require you to sign in. You may sign in using a third-party identity provider such as Google. When you sign in with a third-party provider, you authorize us to receive basic profile information (such as your name, email address, and profile image) from that provider to create and maintain your account. Your use of the third-party provider is governed by that provider's terms and privacy policy. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right
• Upload, transmit, or distribute unlawful, harmful, or infringing content
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity, security, or performance of the Services
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or network
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Services except as permitted by law
• Use the Services to train machine-learning models or build competing products without written consent
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity

Intellectual Property

The Services and all content, features, and functionality on them, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and the selection and arrangement thereof, are owned by Aigora or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your personal or internal business purposes.

User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit through the Services, including messages submitted through forms or the chat assistant. By submitting content, you grant Aigora a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, reproduce, and process that content solely to operate, improve, and provide the Services. You represent that you have the rights necessary to grant this license.

Third-Party Services

The Services may contain links to, or integrate with, third-party websites, services, or applications that are not controlled by Aigora, including Google authentication, analytics providers, and marketing platforms. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party. Your use of a third-party service is subject to that provider's own terms.

Fees and Paid Services

Certain Services, such as the Aigora AI course or consulting engagements, may require payment. Fees, billing terms, and refund policies for paid Services will be described at the point of purchase or in a separate written agreement. Unless otherwise stated, all fees are non-refundable.

Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising out of course of dealing or usage of trade. Aigora does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any information provided through the Services, including AI-generated responses from the Aigora Assistant, is accurate, complete, or suitable for your purposes.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aigora and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Aigora's total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will not exceed one hundred United States dollars (US$100) or the amount you paid Aigora in the twelve months preceding the claim, whichever is greater.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Aigora and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, the provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Virginia.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Services after the revised Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
